The credit card holder must know the costs incurred for all payments in a currency other than the one from which the card was issued.

After confirmation of the defective product by Mettasuperfood, the customer has the right to have an equivalent to the one ordered at Mettasuperfood's exclusive expense and reimbursement of the costs incurred by the previous delivery and return of the product.

Delivery is subject of availability of products.

For any order above $150, no delivery charges will be added, below $150, the delivery cost is $15.

The timing delivery is between 12:00 pm and 7:00 pm.

Delivery must be accepted by the Customer or the Customer's authorised representative, who shall sign on the acceptance form confirming safe receipt of delivery. If the Customer is not able to be present at the delivery timing and are not able to inform with sufficient prior notice Mettasuperfood, another delivery will be arranged with an additional cost of $15, if no the delivery shall deport at the guard house of the Customer's residential address (if applicable)  or at the door step/gate, Mettasuperfood shall not be setle for any way to the Customer for loss, damage or defects to the products delivered.

Comments, information, suggestions may be left provided they are not illegal, crimminal, immoral, hateful, obscene, defamatory, violent, political, religious, not respectful by nature and does not contain software with viruses, spam.
